ELLAHOME reserves the right to change, modify or alter policies, pricing, product information at any time.
ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS: Your order is accepted at such time the order is processed by ELLAHOME.
Your order is deemed to be entered correctly and our terms and conditions are considered accepted unless you notify us within 24 hours from the date you submit your order.
All orders must be provided in writing. ELLAHOME cannot accept orders over the phone.
Custom items: Custom items must be submitted for a quote, once approved they must be prepaid and they are not refundable.
All prices are subject to change without notice. Please contact us to make sure you have the most current price list.
The Prices are base prices. The finishes and other option will change price. Please select finish and other options you want to see accurate pricing online.

Opening order: $3,000.00 Opening order: $1,000.00
Re-Order $500.00 min. No minimum re-order required.
* $5,000.00/year purchase is required to qualify for stocking dealer pricing.
* Warehouse pickups are not subject to a minimum.
CREDIT/PAYMENT: All orders are prepaid. C.O.D. orders are not accepted. Returned checks are subject to a $30.00 service charge.
We accept all major credit cards, VISA, MC, AMEX, and Discover. Checks are accepted but may delay shipment of your order.
All orders will be shipped freight prepaid and charges will be added to invoice. We will not charge the credit card associated with the order until order getting ready to ship. ELLAHOME only ships business to business.
If the carrier is sent into a residential area a lift-gate fee ($45), drop ship fee ($35), and residential fee ($35) will be to the Ellahome customer.
Unless your purchase order is noted "Ship Complete" in the Order Notes during checkout, we will ship your order as product becomes available.
Claims & Returns
ELLAHOME, carefully inspects and packs each order before consigning to a freight company.
Please comply with the following procedure diligently upon delivery of your order:
* Upon delivery, inspect the contents of the order immediately. Inspect all deliveries with the delivery driver present.
* Notify your carrier immediately to report any damage or shortage.
* Freight damage must be noted on the delivery receipt. Failure to notate such damage will result in your loss. Releasing the delivery driver and signing delivery receipt "Subject to inspection", may result in your loss.
* If such a loss or damage does occur, save the carton and packing material.
* Notify ELLAHOME immediately to report any damage or shortage. We will not be liable for damages reported after five business days post-delivery.
* Photographs will be required to validate a damage claim and determine best course of action to resolve issue.
An RGA form will be provided by ELLAHOME in the event that a return is authorized. The RGA form must be attached to the return shipment in a visible location, or the return shipment will be refused.
All freight charges are non-refundable. Merchandise authorized to be returned that is not defective will be charged to a 25% restocking charge and return freight. ‘/Custom and or installed items are not returnable.
Freight shipping documents must be marked prepaid for all returns that are not due to manufacturer error/defect.
All credits will be issued once a returned item has been delivered and inspected at our receiving warehouse. It is the customer’s responsibility to retain packaging materials for the return shipment. Any additional damage to a return shipment resulting from improper packaging may result in a reduction or loss of credit.
Orders cannot be canceled or modified after they have been entered into production.
All ELLAHOME items are MADE TO ORDER and generally ship in 2-4 weeks. Please contact us to discuss current production times if your order has special time constraints.
The Nature of Our Product
Each item from ELLAHOME is hand-made from start to finish. The individual craftsmanship will cause slight differences in each item’s measurement and finish. We, and most of our customers, think the imperfect nature of hand-made and finishing methods create a soulful look that is part of the charm and appeal of the product. NOTE THAT THE “DEEP OCEAN FINISH (DO)” HAS A NATURAL PATINA AND IS NOT SEALED. EXPOSING IT TO MOISTURE OR FRICTION WILL RESULT IN CHANGES THE OVERALL APPEARANCE OF THE ITEM. This is by design and not considered to be a defect. Please be aware that these blemishes and imperfections are non-structural in nature and are to be expected.
ELLAHOME, reserves the right to revise the design or construction any item from what is shown in the catalog or in website photography.
